The latest acquisition extends Netcall’s portfolio of solutions to help organisations automate and streamline the handling of documents, such as applications, claims, invoices, forms and emails.
We today announce the acquisition of Contract.fit, the Belgium-based provider of Parble, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution.
The acquisition will further enhance our position as a leading provider of AI-powered process automation and customer engagement technology in the UK, with their offer now extending into Europe.
Parble is a cloud-native, GenAI powered document processing solution used by enterprise organisations, predominantly in the Financial Services sector, to automate high volume document processes, such as claim handling, client onboarding, client support and email indexation/routing.
Parble automates data extraction and classification of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from a variety of document formats, significantly speeding up workflows and allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks, reducing the need for manual processing.
Users can set up new document flows within seconds through a drag-and-drop wizard in a self-service portal that can recognise and suggest fields that are then populated and extracted through Generative AI technology. Many document processes can be addressed out-of-the-box with little or no training, unlike traditional Machine Learning models that typically need numerous examples to train.
Contract.fit was founded in 2016 in Brussels and has a client based in various European countries. The Group’s founders and employees will remain with Netcall and continue to be based in Belgium.
“Parble is a modern, cloud-native platform that is scalable, processing tens of millions of documents per year. This acquisition is a great fit for Netcall, and will strengthen and scale our Liberty proposition further, extending our reach outside of the UK. We look forward to welcoming the Contract.fit team to Netcall and exploring new markets and opportunities with them.”
