Netcall is proud to announce its inclusion in Forrester’s ‘The Task-Centric Automation Software Landscape, Q3 2024’ report.
The report provides an overview of notable vendors in the task-centric automation software market, formerly known as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Forrester explains in the report that task-centric automation software is no longer an isolated RPA tool; it’s an integral part of broader automation platforms.
The report notes Netcall’s industry focus in financial services, government and healthcare. Forrester asked each vendor included in the Landscape to select the top use cases for which clients select them and from there determined which are the extended use cases that highlight differentiation among the vendors. The report shows the top reasons clients work with Netcall out of those extended use cases are:
To accelerate their automation initiatives, many automation leaders prefer prebuilt, industry-specific automations as a starting point. Implementing these first also smooths out their learning curve, allowing them to scale faster, because most automation platforms embed task-centric automation alongside other automation technologies to address more complex use cases. For automation to handle a very high degree of task variability – such as task variants, exceptions and runtime errors -building and improving the automation must be as easy as possible.
Forrester’s report recognises Netcall’s geographic focus in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. Netcall is the only vendor included in the report whose sole geographic focus is EMEA.
Forrester’s overview underscores the importance of task-centric automation in driving business value, noting that: “task-centric automation software generates huge value when an organization needs to rapidly reduce the cost of operations, digitize manual and paper-based processes to make them more efficient, and reduce employees’ workload by automating repetitive tasks and providing embedded workplace assistance.”
The report further elaborates on the significant impact these solutions can have on enhancing the employee experience, stating that “task-centric automation removes repetitive manual tasks from employees, allowing them to focus on higher-value work and control ‘attended automation’.”
Netcall’s Liberty platform is recognised for its ability to empower organisations to transform digitally at an accelerated pace. By offering prebuilt, industry-specific automations, Netcall supports core use cases and enables businesses to scale faster. Liberty platform enables organisations across various sectors, including healthcare, financial services and government, to tackle complex automation challenges.
“We’re thrilled to be included in Forrester’s Q3 2024 Task-Centric Automation Software Landscape report. To us, this recognition reaffirms our commitment to delivering industry-specific solutions that address the unique challenges our customers face. At Netcall, we are dedicated to helping organisations to not only optimise their processes but also enhance the overall employee experience by leveraging the power of intelligent automation.“
