Mark Gannon

Mark heads up Netcall’s Client Solutions Group. Prior to joining Netcall, he worked for a number of local authorities over more than 20 years. This included roles as CIO at Sheffield City Council and Nottingham City Council and a range of digital and customer transformation roles in local government.

Andrew Melvin

Commercial Director, Govtech Solutions Ltd

Andy is a founding Director of Govtech Solutions Limited and has over 40 years’ experience of working with local government clients in the UK and overseas. Following the acquisition of Govtech by Netcall Plc, Andy continues to oversee Govtech’s day-to-day activities and operations for over 50 council clients.

Graeme Maychell

Head of Service Solutions, Govtech Solutions Ltd

Graeme has been working within Local Government since 1990, where he progressed to management level as an experienced Revenues & Benefits practitioner. Between 2002 – 2012 Graeme was the Revenues Product Manager at NEC, before transitioning to his current role of Head of Service Solutions with Govtech. With over 20 years’ experience in the provision of software solutions to Local Government, Graeme uses his technical knowledge and experience to deliver new innovative solutions, focussing on business process automation, using the best and most appropriate latest technologies.

Chris Pembleton

Revenues Business Manager, Nottingham City Council

Chris started his career in debt collection, including door-to-door debt recovery and lending. Working with both mainstream banking and sub-prime lenders credit risk functions, he mainly focused on debt recovery strategy involving Debt Management Companies, DCAs, Litigation, Vehicle repossession and through to Debt Sales across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Now working in Local government with experience of Council Tax, Business Rates, Adult Social Care debt routines and debt recovery strategies. Chris is currently focussed on Council Tax with Nottingham City Council, supporting implementation of new technologies and automation to release skills and broader experience to add value to all aspects of operational processes.
