The challenge
Pluxee UK is a leading global employee benefits and engagement partner. They shape the world of employee benefits and engagement by bringing to life a personalised and sustainable employee experience at work and beyond.
Pluxee UK had built an extensive process documentation library which was very difficult to maintain due to consumption of resource. Core end-to-end processes were evolving and changing at pace and the team at Pluxee UK recognised that traditional one-dimensional tools such as Visio were not going to be efficient to use moving forward. Continuous improvement opportunities were also difficult to identify and had to be mined through other means, such as in-depth analysis and manual efficiency calculations again having a strain on resource.
Supporting transformation of technology activities and operational ways of working seemed to be an everyday task for the demanding Process team at Pluxee UK as core processes were being impacted and had to be simplified. So, they turned to Liberty Spark, our process improvement tool to demonstrate how essential process creation, maintenance and opportunity analysis can support their transformation projects.
