What we do

Netcall is a UK based company that develops and markets customer engagement and contact centre solutions. These solutions include:

  • Liberty; a telephony-based speech recognition platform for call handling and automation
  • QMax; a workforce management system used in contact centres
  • QueueBuster; a call back solution to eliminate the need for customers to be kept waiting on hold by call centres.

IT Support Specialist, Internal IT

"I began my career at Netcall as the first apprentice in IT. On my first day, I was taught more than anything I could imagine everything from Active Directory to VLANS and VPNS, and everything in between! It was also made easier to learn with having a team always on hand to help and a fantastic manager willing to take the time to teach me. This really showed me that Netcall is the company I want to be a part of. After just 7 months as an apprentice I was offered a permanent role as an IT Specialist. And the learning hasn’t stopped, with plans for the company to support me through a MCITP qualification."

"I joined Netcall in 2008 as a Computer Science graduate. Initially, I worked on bespoke applications for customers, before moving into the main development team where I am now a team leader. At Netcall we have a large product portfolio which means there is always an opportunity to try new things and experiment with different technologies. Throughout my time here I have always been encouraged to take ownership of projects and features, allowing for more involvement through the development process."
