Join us at TransCityRail South 2024

Join us in engaging with the rail supply chain, industry leaders and major contractors at the third TransCityRail South. Leaders will discuss what’s happening in rail across the south of England, including Network Rail’s routes across the region, East West Rail, TfL (Transport for London) and HS2.

The South of England accounts for a significant portion of the UK’s rail investment strategy and is home to 7 sub-national transport bodies that have all placed rail infrastructure at the centre of their strategic investment plans. This vast expanse of land hosts Network Rail’s Kent, Sussex, Wessex, HS1 and Western routes as well as a significant portion of their Anglia, East Midlands, West Coast and Central routes, which sit within the commuter belt into London. The region also includes East West Rail, London Underground, HS2, 7 regional transport bodies, 10 train operators and freight services delivering goods across the country.

Download this report from TransCityRail on southern England’s rail future, providing a high level overview of the direction of infrastructure investments in the rail industry over the next few years.

They wanted to access functionality to help the contact centre team to combat high call volumes and abandon rates, to smooth out customer journeys and improve the service that they provided.

NCB | Automated document management

To maintain and grow its position as the assurance and certification partner of choice to the UK rail industry, NCB needed to update existing inefficient IT systems for managing assessment service delivery.
